Thao Le

Thao helps professionals and young families turn a good income into real financial progress, with a plan they understand and actually feel in control of. She has been in financial advice since 2017 and trained inside Pivot’s adviser pathway, working alongside senior advisers on plans across the whole client base before taking on her own clients. That grounding means she’s seen a wide range of situations up close, from first investment properties and employer share plans through to couples working out how to grow a family and build wealth at the same time.

What sets Thao apart is how calm and considered she is when the stakes are high. Big money decisions can get emotional, and clients value that she slows things down, lays out the options clearly, and helps them choose with a clear head. She’s less interested in impressing you with strategy than in making sure you know exactly why each piece of your plan is there and what it’s doing for you.
