Advice Associate

Pivot is on the hunt for a driven, enthusiastic Associate Adviser to join our client-focused team. In this role, you will be working closely with the Financial Advice and Client Services teams to research, develop, implement and review financial strategies for both new and existing clients.

Pivot is growing strongly and presents the opportunity for the people advisers to be supported into full Financial Advisory roles.

This role is particularly suited for those with previous experience in an adviser support role looking to take on greater responsibility in a position focused on client-facing work and communication. With room to grow and progress your career in financial planning, our ideal Associate Adviser will be a driven and focused financial professional just as capable of providing support in a team environment as they are autonomously conducting research to help develop strategies that will best suit our clients’ needs.

Senior Client Services Officer

We are on the hunt for a driven and enthusiastic experienced Client Service Officer to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will be working closely with the Adviser team to review and summarise the client financial situation to ensure our clients are on track to achieve their financial goals and targets.

We’re looking for someone that can set our clients and team up for success, be across workloads and effectively manage and prioritise to deliver optimal client outcomes, and deliver world-class customer service in the process. The successful candidate will get a kick out of helping guide our clients through their money journey to help them create the results they want.

This role is an attractive opportunity for a candidate with excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude and prior experience wanting to expand their skill set and join a fast-paced, fun environment with a young, dynamic team.

Senior Financial Adviser

We’re on the hunt for a gun financial adviser / financial planner to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you’ll be working closely with existing or pre-signed new clients (no outbound sales needed) deliver life-changing financial advice to our clients. This role has a huge amount of growth potential, and will suit someone with a legendary level of attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a desire to help people.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not a sales role, or a position where you’ll need to be cold-calling or hard selling. We’re in a fortunate position to have a compelling service that drives a solid amount of high quality inbound enquiries. You will be introduced to a small number of high end existing clients and steady flow of pre-signed on new clients from the principal adviser.

But while your experience, technical and soft skills are important, the majority of the ‘must have’ characteristics for this role are about who you are as a person (skills are much easier to train than values).

Sales / Relationship Manager

Looking for someone passionate about building great relationships to help guide our clients through their Pivot journey, helping them uncover and then capitalise on opportunities to get more from their money.

Please note this role is not about cold-calling or drumming up business, we have a strong flow of inbound leads and need someone to help potential clients understand if/how Pivot is the right fit for them. Financial planning knowledge is not necessary for this role, but an understanding of money is helpful and similar experience highly regarded.

You will be supported by the entire Pivot team working closely with both Sales Manager and Founder as you progress. The role has significant upside potential for the right candidate.

Marketing Specialist

Searching for a social media addict, enthusiastic writer, and someone that can connect our message with people that could benefit from the brand of help we offer. You will be working closely with our senior marketing manager and founder on marketing initiatives and projects that can amplify the Pivot Wealth message and drive connection with our audience.

This role has huge growth potential for the right candidate, we’re looking for someone that ‘gets it’ and can lean in and add value to the work we do, and in return you’ll have significant involvement and gain a wealth of experience during a period of extraordinary growth.

Executive Assistant

Looking for an ultra-organised, experienced executive assistant to support Pivot’s Director and amplify his time. The successful candidate is someone who can effectively prioritise and manage workload independently to optimise outcomes.

You will be responsible for calendar and diary management, internal and external communications, be ready to become a trusted right hand, and managing and inspiring and promoting a phenomenal company culture.

You should have experience in a similar role, understand that the little things are the big things, and be keen to be part of the Pivot Wealth journey during a period of strong growth.

General Manager

We’re seeking out a superstar GM to lead Pivot through a period of strong growth, support our team and clients, and to support the delivery of key business projects that will take our client service and offering to the next level.

The successful candidate will demonstrate proven leadership and operational delivery skills, have a detailed focus on delivering projects to an exceptional standard, and someone who gets a real kick out of helping people.

You will work closely with our Founder and leadership team to identify opportunities to innovate, build on our existing service and delivery capabilities, and support team development and growth.
