PODCAST – #97 – Kellie Landrey Property Pro Series

In this episode, I chat to Kellie Landrey who is a buyer’s agent at Scoutable who buys properties for people sort of day in and day out. Kellie apart from being a registered buyers agent is a certified valuer and real estate agent. We spent a lot of time talking about how to find out what the reasonable value for the property is when you’re looking around in the market. Her view on the growth that’s happening in the last bit of great global migration as well as tips for finding a balance between letting FOMO make you a bit crazy with your property decisions. First is securing the property when the opportunity is in front of you.

Kellie has worked in the property industry for more than 15 years and founded Scoutable in Sydney in 2012. She is a registered valuer and licensed real estate agent in NSW and VIC. Over the last five years, Kellie has negotiated the sale of hundreds of properties – always getting her Buyer’s the best possible price.

Over the last decade, she has become a specialist in the inner city markets of Sydney and Melbourne while retaining a broad experience in all ranges of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

I attended a workshop about “investing like a pro” run by Ben Nash from Pivot and found it to be really informative and... inspiring. The advice was easy to follow, yet detailed enough to give me and my partner a good understanding as to the various options available for us to build our wealth through sensibly investing our money in the right way. I'm a complete... beginner when it comes to investing - prior to the class it all seemed like some kind of voodoo; I actually now know specific things I can do to begin investing and specific dollar amounts.
