Pivot was born out of our frustration of seeing people in decent financial positions that weren’t maximising all the opportunities available to them to get ahead faster. We’re a money management and financial advice company that helps people set up a clear pathway to take them from where they are today to exactly where they want to be. We know that money is just a tool to live an epic lifestyle, so we put the life you want to live at the centre of your plan, and build everything around this.

With anything important, if you don’t understand what you’re doing or why, you’re less likely to see it through and reap the rewards. This is why we place so much emphasis on helping people understand the universe that surrounds money through our blog posts, eBooks, money education events and one-on-one advice. Education is the key to true confidence and ultimately empowering you to create a life not limited by money.

About our founder: Ben Nash

Ben is a Financial Adviser who founded Pivot Wealth to help young professionals make smart money decisions and strike that balance between loving life now and setting up their ideal future. He believes that while money itself doesn’t make you happy, it will give you options and the freedom to pursue the things that WILL make you happy.

Pivot was born out of Ben’s frustration at seeing far too many people earning good incomes but wasting the opportunities this income could be providing them. Ben has found you can spend money on the things that are most important to you now, AND set yourself up to be able to keep doing that in the future. It just takes a bit of clarity and the confidence to make it happen, which Ben loves helping people achieve.

Earlier this month Ben and Ray came to our GSK, Ermington site to present about Financial Wellbeing. As the Health and Wellbeing Specialist I decided to reach out to Ben because financial wellbeing is such an important part of our wholistic health and I knew that he would do a fantastic job communicating that to our teams! I was not wrong. Ben presented simple and clear steps that anyone, at any stage of life, could take on and make positive financial change. The feedback was outstanding and I have no doubt that everyone in that room (which was about 80 people, over three different shifts, thanks for the 6am start Ben!) walked away with a nugget of knowledge that would help them financially. Having met with hundreds of Financial Advisers during my 11 years in the industry, I can honestly say I haven’t met one who values education more than Ben Nash. I recently came across Ben Nash on LinkedIn and was impressed with his approach and vision to teach others on the subject of financial freedom and creating wealth.So I invited Ben and his team to come into our office and share some finance advice with our team which consist of mostly Gen X/Y. The team loved the session and they got so much out of it. I attended a workshop about “investing like a pro” run by Ben Nash from Pivot and found it to be really informative and inspiring. The advice was easy to follow, yet detailed enough to give me and my partner a good understanding as to the various options available for us to build our wealth through sensibly investing our money in the right way. I would certainly recommend this to friends to help them utilize all the options available as a young person looking for sound financial planning for their future.

Went to a workshop presented by these guys. Was a good night. All the information was useful, relatable and not full of complicated industry jargon. They seemed nice and approachable. Plus they didnt go over board with pushing their services on us. Which was nice.

Went to Pivot's 'Invest Like A Pro' workshop this evening presented by Ben Nash. It was fantastic. I'm a complete beginner when it comes to investing - prior to the class it all seemed like some kind of voodoo; I actually now know specific things I can do to begin investing and specific dollar amounts. So glad I went. I highly recommend.
