We have strong inbound flows of high quality clients lining up to work with us at Pivot, and the core part of this role is onboarding these clients and building long term relationships with them. We’re a high touch, high fee, low volume business with a heap of support, so your time will be spent doing fulfilling, high value-add work. Senior Financial Adviser

We’re looking for a senior adviser with solid experience to help us onboard a steady flow of pre-signed wealthy accumulator clients (no prospecting required). Build your advice skills and be well rewarded for helping drive this stage of strong business growth.

Head of Advice

We’re looking for an adviser to help support the growth and development of Pivot’s advice team and help drive our next stage of growth.

Financial Adviser

We’re looking for an up and coming adviser who’s looking to take their advice game to the next level and build their advice skills and career in the process.

Associate Adviser

Fast track your career and progress quickly to a full adviser role working with one of Australia’s leading financial advice and money management firms. You’ll start out as a point person for a group of amazing clients supporting and learning from one of our senior advisers, but with a view to quickly progress to onboarding and managing your own group of clients.

The business is well resourced, meaning your work will be truly client and advice focused, building the skills you need to grow into an amazing financial adviser. As a fast growing business, opportunities for development and progression are only limited by your capability and enthusiasm. Please note an existing ASIC Authorised Representative status is required for this role.

Head of Sales

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in sales who’s ready to step up to lead a team through a period of strong growth. Join one of Australia’s fastest growing companies and make a name for yourself helping drive the next stage of Pivot’s growth.

You will be supported by the entire Pivot team working closely with the leadership team and founder.

Sales / Relationship Manager

We’re looking for someone passionate about building great relationships to help guide our clients through their Pivot journey, helping them uncover and then capitalise on opportunities to get more from their money.

Please note this role is not about cold-calling or drumming up business, we have a strong flow of inbound leads and need someone to help potential clients understand if/how Pivot is the right fit for them. Financial planning knowledge is not necessary for this role, but an understanding of money is helpful and similar experience highly regarded. The role has significant upside potential for the right candidate.

Marketing Specialist

Searching for a social media addict, enthusiastic writer, and someone that can connect our message with people that could benefit from the brand of help we offer. You will be working closely with our senior marketing manager and founder on marketing initiatives and projects that can amplify the Pivot Wealth message and drive connection with our audience.

This role has huge growth potential for the right candidate, we’re looking for someone that ‘gets it’ and can lean in and add value to the work we do, and in return you’ll have significant involvement and gain a wealth of experience during a period of extraordinary growth.
