We have strong inbound flows of high quality clients lining up to work with us at Pivot, and the core part of this role is onboarding these clients and building long term relationships with them. We’re a high touch, high fee, low volume business with a heap of support, so your time will be spent doing fulfilling, high value-add work.

Financial Adviser

You’ll step into a full book of smart, high income professionals who value advice, with proven systems that help you scale your impact. Existing ASIC Authorised Representative status required.

Mortgage Broker

You didn’t become a broker to chase low-quality leads or do admin all day. You want to work with smart, high-income clients who actually value strategy – and you want the support to scale your impact.

At Pivot, we’re not just a brokerage – we’re a full-scale wealth firm with an engaged audience, a marketing engine that works, and a team of advisers who feed high quality, pre-qualified opportunities into your pipeline. Associate Adviser

You’ve done the study and started your advice journey, but your current role feels like a waiting game. Progression is slow, the path unclear, and you’re buried in admin instead of building your skills.

Graduate Analyst / CSO

You’re smart, switched on, and ready to learn — but you’re not looking for a slow start. You want to work somewhere fast paced, where you’re close to real advice and can build skills that actually matter. That’s exactly what this role is.

You’ll be the go to support for a senior adviser and their clients, working across onboarding, implementation and client strategy. You’ll learn what great advice looks like while building a practical skill set across platforms, client service, and wealth strategy. It’s the perfect launchpad if you want to move into paraplanning, advice, or operations as your career grows.

No previous experience required — just strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
