At Pivot, we pride ourselves on our people and culture, as well as delivering a world-class service that adds true and really delivers results for every one of our clients.
We’re looking for an epic adviser to take over the personal client base that the Founder (Ben Nash) has been nurturing since he started Pivot.
About the role:
You’ll be responsible for delivering a structured and mapped out advice offering that’s been awarded the Best Client Service in Australia (ifa Magazine, 2018)
Take ownership of a group of 60 amazing clients, most in their 30’s and 40’s who are setting up their money to allow them to live an epic lifestyle
Build a deep understanding of every client’s financial and personal goals, and make sure they become reality
Work closely with our partners and stakeholders to support our clients on their money journey
Work in an amazing environment with a team of A-players with a world-class culture
Ensure all advice gets implemented smoothly and seamlessly so our clients turn their plans into results sooner
But while your experience, technical and soft skills are important, the majority of the ‘must have’ characteristics for this role are about who you are as a person (skills are much easier to train than values).
To totally crush it in this role, you must possess the following:
You’re confident and forward when you need to be, especially when you need to push your clients to do what they need to do to get the results they want
You care deeply about helping people and put this ahead of revenue and dollars in the bank
You’ve got a lifelong passion for learning and growing, and aren’t scared to leave your comfort zone
You get a kick out of exceeding people’s expectations. Doing awesome things for others is part of who you are
You enjoy being part of a team environment where there are no heroes
You’re not afraid to be yourself and have fun in the workplace – you think of your work as an extension of who you are, not just a way to make money
You have superior time management skills and are great at prioritising and problem-solving
You have a legendary level of accuracy and attention to detail
Your ticket to the game:
You’ve got strong technical skills and a minimum of 5 years experience as a Financial adviser
You’re degree qualified and FASEA ready
You have a high level of skill using Adviser technology (Salesforce and Adviserlogic highly regarded)
At Pivot we like to do things a little differently so to apply for this role, you need to follow the steps below.
